    Washer/Dryer Combo Door

For those of you who have a washer/dryer combo, after you finish a load to you close the door or leave it open a little? Thanks!

Shirley leaves it open to dry out. Way we have been instructed.

Haha! I leave it open too and just wanted to see what the general consensus is. Thanks!

Our fairly new units at home say to leave the washer open as it helps control the mold.

We don't have the duo in our RV, but I do leave the door open on our front loading washer in the house to keep down mold and any odor. I also open the tray where I pour in the detergent and fabric softener.

I store the RV with W/D door open and the fridge/freezer doors open.

I leave mine open when not moving. Good idea from Rovinarky about the tray.

We have a combo unit, we close the door after unloading. Assuming the load of laundry was just dried, the interior of the unit is warm and dry and presents no risk of mold.
